** It is extremely important to me that anyone who views my measurements and progress shots please keep the pics and info to yourself.  I am aware that ANYONE can view these photos but I am also not ashamed of the hard work and dedication I have put in to make these steps toward better health and fitness.  I still have a long ways to go....and for me,  to go back and see the progress every so often reminds me that the SLOW progress does add up over time and is worth it to keep on!!
